Brent Tomlinson of Houston-based Tomlinson Commercial represented Interfaith of the Woodlands, an overseer for the Work Source. The tenant is moving from 1100 Greens Parkway in the Greenspoint submarket.

The Work Source is a non-profit organization providing free employment services in the Gulf Coast region and part of the network of Interfaith of the Woodlands. The group is funded by the US Department of Labor and the Houston-Galveston Area Council.

Bridgewood II is a four-story, 142,528-sf office building on the North Belt between Hardy Toll Road and Imperial Valley Drive, also in the Greenspoint submarket. The building currently is 77% occupied. Its office space is quoted at $15 per sf.

Bridgewood II is owned by Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, both of Houston's PM Realty Group, represented the building owner in the lease negotiations.
