Corporate managing director Geoff Adaire and executive vice president John Goodman represented Nuvox in the lease extension. Kathy Higgins represented the building's owner, Sachs Properties.
Julien J. Studley has been managing Nuvox' 200,000-sf portfolio since last year. The company is the byproduct of a merger between Gabriel Communications and Trivergent Communications.
