The 59,400-sf building, owned by Birmingham, AL-based Harbert Realty Services, is 90% occupied. On condition of anonymity, a broker familiar with the property tells GlobeSt.com the aggregate value of the lease is $1.2 million or about $7.44 per sf.
Dan Granot, senior managing director, and Jay Dowlen, managing director of the local office of New York-based Insignia/ESG represented the tenant. Dave Watson, first vice president of the Atlanta office of Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented the owner.In a printed statement, Granot says, "Due to the current soft market conditions, we ere able to negotiate a very favorable deal in a short period of time."
