Sierra formerly worked in the commercial and residential loan departments of First Nationwide Bank, McCaughan Mortgage, Premium Trust Mortgage, Capital Home Mortgage and Embassy Financial Services Inc.
She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Judson College and is a licensed mortgage broker. Sierra is a charter member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, a charter member of the National Association of Professional Women and former director of the South Florida Lending Division of the National Affordable Housing Coalition.
The Waverly's developers are Athena Karlton SOBE LLC, a partnership of affiliates of the Athena Group in New York; and Karlton Properties LLC based in Miami Beach. The condos start at $250,000 and are sized 884 sf to 2,801 sf.
