Buyer and seller refused to disclose the price. The property is on 5.6 acres in the Fulton industrial submarket outside of Atlanta.

Like Atlantic, which is consolidating its local distribution services, Pacific will use the entire building as a warehouse and distribution center. It is an importer of home and gift products.

Ray Stache and George Liddon of the local office of New York-based Cushman & Wakefield represented Atlantic Services in the sale. Jim Bob Taylor and Adam Richards of Dallas-based Trammel Crow Co. represented Pacific Imports.

In a printed statement, Stache says, "With today's low interest rates, many small, privately owned companies are choosing to buy industrial properties rather than lease them."
