In the first transaction, the unnamed buyer picked up the four-story, 35-unit building at 61 South Munn Ave., and the four-story, 46-unit building at 115 Halstead St. The attorney for the buyer was Abraham Kinstlinger of Hackensack, NJ, while the unnamed seller was represented by attorney Steven Veltri of Totowa, NJ.

In the second transaction, the four-story, 23-unit property at 38 Winans St. changed hands. Attorney for the buyer was Edania Rondon of Union City, NJ, while Howard Goldberg represented the seller. The new owner of the facility is expected to upgrade the building in the near future.

Gebroe-Hammer senior vice president David Oropeza arranged the two transactions. For the second deal, he was assisted by vice president David Jarvis.
