In the largest of the three transactions, Trakloc International LLC has inked a 37-month lease for 7,336 sf of primarily HVAC, drop ceiling production area and office space at 7340 Trade St. The tenant will occupy suites C and D of the building, according to the terms of the deal, which is valued at $283,199. The landlord, Westcore SDIPG LLC, was represented by Dean Asaro of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego-Central office. Stephanie Schneider of Colliers International acted on behalf of the tenant.

Separately, Zucotto Wireless Inc. has signed a 35-month sublease valued at $269,477 for space in the Westridge office facility. The sublessee will take 5,890 sf in the facility, which is located at 16644 W. Bernardo Drive. Zucotto was represented by Chuck Ekstrom of IPC Commercial. Justin Harvey of Coldwell Banker Commercial – Mid City Properties spoke on behalf of the sublessor, AMI Semiconductors Inc.

The smallest of the three deals involves 5,653 sf of office and warehouse space at 9682 Via Excelencia. BMK LP has inked a 36-month lease to occupy suite 105 here. The transaction is valued at $168,947. Barry Slotten of IPC Commercial acted on behalf of BMK LP. The landlord, Westcore SDIPG LLC, was once again represented by Dean Asaro of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego – Central office.
