The 130,000-sf, four-story luxury building will occupy a sprawling 13-acre parcel of land at 2700 Cowan Boulevard up the street from Hugh Mercer Elementary School and near historic Fredericksburg's Central Park shopping area downtown. Targeted toward the active set, Evergreens will be surrounded by a bevy of onsite amenities including a fitness center, putting green, clubroom and business center and library.

Designed by Weihe Design Group, the residential property will also have five covered parking structures. The complex is scheduled to be available for leasing in spring 2003 and will reach full completion that August.
