Located at 4801 and 4830 Tesla Drive where Route 50 and Route 3/301 meet, the latter building is 50% leased with tenants including recent lease-signer Potomac Testing, which will occupy 7,800 sf of space at 4830. The fifth building in the park, also a single-story, 30,000-sf structure, is on schedule to be finished later this month.
Structures one and two are both leased to full capacity. Upon completion of its first phase of development, Maryland SciTech Center will have 320,000-sf of flex space, in addition to 620,000 sf of multi- and single-level office space.
