Jack Berry of Houston's Berry Meredith & Co. represented the tenant at the bargaining table. Rosemary Kogler and Brian McMackin, both of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Commercial Inc.'s Houston office structured the terms for the building owner, a limited partnership of Lincoln and Whitehall Funds. The Loop Central One, which fetches $20.50 per sf, is a sister to the 197,603-sf Loop Central Two and 198,946-sf Loop Central Three.
