Western Digital Technologies inked a deal for 2,836 sf at the building. Western Digital develops products and services for the data storage industry. The company produces high-performance hard drives.

Enterprise Integration Group signed for 1,856 sf. The inbound tenant is a professional services firm specializing in interactive voice response, a technology that recognizes touchtone and speech recognition. Chris Oddo of Kennedy-Wilson International's Austin office represented the tenant.

Alan Lacey and Derek Silva, office specialists at Austin's NAI Commercial Industrial Properties Co., handled talks for the building owner, Jackson Shaw Co. of Dallas. In a press release, Silva says Jackson Shaw is "making an aggressive push to adapt to market conditions by dividing larger spaces and providing shorter term, turn-key deals." That approach, Silva pointed out, was instrumental in signing the two tenants. Parmer@Mopac is a 55,475-sf office building, which typically offers five- to 10-year leases at a quoted rate of $20.50 per sf.
