Fisher and senior leasing associate served as in-house reps for Lincoln, which is based in Rutherford, NJ. Douglas Twyman and Patrick Masi of Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey are the facility's exclusive leasing agents. Revlon was represented by Edwin Cohen of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, East Rutherford.
"This lease reflects the curb appeal of this office building and the image it provides to tenants like Revlon," according to Fisher. Revlon will use its new space for its New Jersey offices for sales, administration and accounting.
