First Industrial Sells 5-Building Portfolio

HANOVER TWP., NJ-The Maglio Group has acquired the five buildings totaling nearly 153,000 sf, all located here. Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey arranged the deal for the buyer.

Paul E. Giannone, managing principal, and Kevin Carton, associate of Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey, Woodbridge, arranged the transaction on behalf of The Maglio Group. The five buildings, which total some 152,836 sf are located at 30 Troy Rd., 20 and 25 Leslie Court and 130 and 150 Algonquin Rd. here.

According to Giannone, "the industrial market in New Jersey continues to demonstrate underlying strength, as evidenced by the sale of this portfolio.
