The five buildings, which total some 152,836 sf are located at 30 Troy Rd., 20 and 25 Leslie Court and 130 and 150 Algonquin Rd. here.
According to Giannone, "the industrial market in New Jersey continues to demonstrate underlying strength, as evidenced by the sale of this portfolio.
