The asking rate for the space was $0.32 for the shell with a $0.65 surcharge for office space. About 7,000 sf is being leased as office space. Sources close to the transaction estimate its worth at $600,000.
The location will serve as Pacific Automation's Minolta branch office as well as other office support functions and surplus distribution space. The branch office is expanding and relocating from a smaller facility located at 16205 NW Bethany Court in Beaverton.
