The call centre building is let to Capita Business Services on a 15-year lease from March 2002 at a rent of £764,320 ($1.18 million) per annum, with a break option at the eighth year.
Strutt and Parker and Drivers Jonas acted on behalf of Henderson Global Investors and ProLogis was advised by FPDSavills and North Rae Sanders. FPDSavills Associate Director Hapri Sehmi said: "Well let, quality offices such as these on prestigious out of town parks around Coventry/Warwick are the favoured market sector for many investors due to anticipated rental growth and expected strong asset performance. There is likely to be increased competition for good quality product, with funds, traditional property companies and private investors competing for the same properties. This trend is likely to spark upward pressure on capital values".
