The firm has been subleasing the office for the last four years from Baker Hughes, a contact at Houston's NAI Partners Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. The expansion is a direct lease.

Jason Whittington of NAI Partners Commercial represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Liz Wescott Brown of Houston-based Moody Rambin Interests bargained for the building owner, Affiliated Real Estate LP.

The 2350 North Belt East is a 20-year-old building with 155,500 sf. The building is about 98% occupied. As for the tenant, the residential mortgagor has five offices in the Houston area and 17 in Texas.
