Andrew Nott of Grove Realty Services Inc., who represented Edwards in both leases as well as in two Los Angeles County deals, tells GlobeSt.com that the financial firm signed a 10-year, $1.7 million lease for 6,556 sf of office space at The Ironworks, a rehabilitated, 25,000-sf red brick building at 3850 Vine St. in Riverside that once was an ironworks. Edwards has moved into the space, which is a relocation from about 5,000 sf elsewhere in Riverside.
In Hemet, Edwards has relocated from about 3,500 sf to a 7,000-sf build-to-suit to lease office building at 430 W. Stetson Ave. that was developed by Grove Realty's development arm, Grove Development. Nott tells GlobeSt.com that Edwards signed a 10-year, $1.35 million lease for the Hemet space.
The Riverside and Hemet transactions are part of a regional series of expansions and relocations that Nott has handled for Edwards. Two other recent deals include a $3.75 million lease in Beverly Hills and a $2.2 million lease at the Sherman Oaks Galleria. For more information on those transactions, see the Los Angeles page of GlobeSt.com.
