The company will occupy 1,444 sf of ground floor retail space in the Porto Siena facility, which is located at 1601 India St. in Little Italy. It's a Grind plans to move to its new location in December of this year.
Corinna Gattasso of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International acted on behalf of Crumbs LLC in the transaction, which is valued at $598,595. The lessor, LTZ Properties LLC, was represented by Bill Shrader, also of Burnham Real Estate Services.
Headquartered in Long Beach, It's a Grind currently operates nearly a dozen stores scattered throughout California, Las Vegas and Arizona. The company's long-term strategy involves opening 175 It's a Grind locations by 2004.
