The Stolper-Fabralloy Co., a division of the Triumph Group headquartered in Wayne, PA, will more than double in size when it moves into the 2925 South Roosevelt St. facility, Mark Tuite of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com.
The company currently is located in about 48,000 sf of office and warehouse space at 2635 S. 24th St. in Tempe. "The location was good and the space provided them with some flexibility," Tuite says.
Tuite declined to say how much the 15-year lease cost the company, but noted that rents in that area average between 55 cents per sf to 70 cents per sf net. Stolper-Fabralloy Co. will use 20,000 sf for offices with the remainder used as a warehouse for the company's airplane parts manufacturing business.
