Cyr, who represented landlord Alicia Center Co. along with Mark Smith and Blaine Bush of CB, tells GlobeSt.com that the retail center is now more than 98% occupied, with just 1,200 sf of empty space remaining.

Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed, but asking rates at the center are $1.35 per sf per month, triple net. Honali Plaza is at 24721 Alicia Parkway and was built in 1975. Cyr tells GlobeSt.com that Lococo Sports, which has three locations in San Diego, is under way on tenant improvements and expects to open its new store early in October.
