Agree purchased the Big Rapids property for an undisclosed sum. Agree officials say the project is pre-leased and will open next spring. The company owns and operates a portfolio of 48 properties in 13 states, with an aggregate 3.6 million square feet in gross leasable area.

Brad Viergever of Signature brokered the deal on behalf of Shiloh of Michigan LLC., who owned the building. The purchase price was not disclosed.
