The office is in Boca Center, Tower 2, a well-known mixed-use project located at 5100 Town Center Circle.
This deal is in keeping with Greenberg Traurig's tendency to locate in premier properties.
"They go to the high-end projects," Mike Erickson, who represented the property owner, tells GlobeSt.com. Erickson is first vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. He was the only broker involved in the deal.
Greenberg Traurig, with nearly 800 attorneys and lobbyists, was founded in 1967 in Miami, now the firm's world headquarters.
