Transworld System Inc., Countywide Financial Services and Ecodom Corp. have all inked deals for space here, taking a total of 12,272 sf at the office building that had a vacancy rate of 46% just six months ago. Accounts receivable manager Transworld System has signed a 61-month lease for 3,713 sf. It will occupy suite 107, according to the terms of the $455,000 agreement. Countywide Financial Services Inc. will take 5,916 sf, according to its 38-month, $425,000 lease. The mortgage banking company will occupy suite 131. Suite 240 is being leased by Ecodom Corp., a research and design firm that specializes in emission reduction drives. The company has inked a five-year, $350,000 agreement for 2,643 sf.

The building owner, The Shidler Group, was represented by Ken Kisbert of Burnham Real Estate in all three transactions. Kisbert also acted on behalf of Countywide Financial Services. Transworld System was represented by Mark Durbon of Loftos & Durbon Commercial Real Estate Services, while Tony Azar of California Key Realty spoke on behalf of Ecodom Crop.
