The Boston Market Corp. is the seller of the building, which hasbeen historically used as a fast-food facility. The seller wasseeking $808,000.

Kristen Barker of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.'s Houston teamrepresented the seller while Wayne Bridgeford of Grubb & EllisCo.'s Houston office brokered the buyer's side of the transaction.He tells that he had several buyers interested inworking out a deal, but nothing was ever finalized. Then, RomanDental asked him to negotiate a purchase.

Roman Dental currently has offices at 15705 S. Dairy Ashford Rd.near Briar Forest Drive. The retrofitting is under way, withmove-in planned for Jan. 15, according to Bridgeford. The acquiredproperty is located near Memorial's intersection with Dairy AshfordRoad.
