JLL Partner Quits to Join Quintain

LONDON-Quintain has appointed James Hamilton Stubber, currently a National Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, as Chief Operating Officer. His main responsibility will be to run Quintain's investment portfolio.

He will report to Quintain's Chief Executive Adrian Wyatt, himself a former Jones Lang partner. At JLL Hamilton Stubber headed a specialised transaction services team focusing on developing advisory-led transaction businesses for the firm. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 1984 and was made a partner in 1990. Between 1991 and 1998, he ran the London based Valuation Advisory unit, valuing property companies including MEPC, Hammerson, Grainger Trust and Quintain.
