A range of floor plans is offered here, as the unit mix consists of 17 one-bedroom and one-bath units encompassing 856 sf, 15 two-bedroom and one-bath units encompassing 882 sf, 15 two-bedroom, two-bath units encompassing 945 sf and one three-bedroom and one-bath unit encompassing 1,092 sf. Amenities include a pool, gazebo and playground, as well as balconies and patios. In addition, there are 16 detached garages, 32 covered parking spaces and an open parking lot.
PHC Owner 2000-1 LP has sold Villa Del Sol to an undisclosed private investor in a 1031 tax deferred exchange. Alex Mogharebi of the Ontario office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. acted on behalf of both parties in the transaction.
