Pellerito was one of a number of Cushman Realty brokers and executives who came to Cushman &Wakefield as part of C&W's merger with Cushman Realty in July of 2001. At Cushman and Cushman & Wakefield, he worked on headquarters assignments throughout Southern California for clients including Automatic Data Processing Inc., Jackson National Life Insurance Co., Malaysia Airlines Ltd., Sierra Systems Group Inc., The Sports Club Co. and Radio & Records Inc.
Pellerito says he was drawn to Studley by its focus on tenant representation and its management team.
Mark Sullivan, executive vice president and branch manager in the downtown L.A. office of the brokerage, tells GlobeSt.com that Studley had been courting Pellerito "for quite some time" in its efforts to recruit senior-level additions to the firm.
Pellerito is based at Studley's Downtown Los Angeles office.
