In an unrelated deal in this northwest suburb, voice and data systems supplier Inter-tel Technologies has leased 10,142 sf of industrial space at 3550 Salt Creek, a 40,000-sf building owned by Oak Brook, IL-based Great Lakes REIT. Inter-tel Technologies, which is moving from far northwest suburban Algonquin, was represented by Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International associate Daniel J. Benassi while Jack Reardon of CB Richard Ellis represented Great Lakes REIT.
