The anchor tenant for the asset is the headquarters operation of Bed Bath & Beyond, the national chain of domestics and home furnishings stores. The company, which has some 425 stores ranging between 30,000 and 80,000 sf, was founded in 1971 and generates $10 billion in annual sales.
For Carlton Advisors, chairman Howard Michaels and senior vice president Jason Cohen are handling the assignment. The 11-year-old firm has consummated more than $11 billion worth of transactions in the last four years.
