The property combines approximately 124,000 sf of warehouse/distribution space with 80,000 sf of office space. It is the largest building in Southpointe, a mixed-use development in Cannonsburg, PA in Washington County, about 18 miles southwest of Downtown Pittsburgh.
Southpointe contains office, industrial, retail and multifamily housing uses. Among the facilities located there are the Iceoplex, which is an entertainment and sports complex, the Galleria at Southpointe, and a 175-room Hilton.
Louis Oliva, senior vice president of the Pittsburgh office of New York-based Grubb & Ellis, is marketing the property for DaimlerChrysler, the owner.
