The deal secures the second metroplex location for the retailer, now operating in a center at 14140 Westheimer Rd. on the city's west side. Conrad Olinburger was the in-house representative for the REIT in the lease. David Meyers of NewQuest Properties represented the Mattress Warehouse at the bargaining table.

Also in northwest Houston, the Redeemed Christian Church of God leased 8,050 sf of retail space at the 26,135-sf Memorial Hills shopping center at 2509 FM 1960. Bob Conwell of NewQuest Properties represented the building owner while Priscilla Raji of Golf Land Realty handled talks for the tenant. Other center tenants are a Computer Outlet Store and Midas repair facility.
