The oil and gas exploration firm's office is in a five-story, 100,015-sf office building at the intersection of San Felipe and Voss roads. The building currently is 95% occupied. The quoted rate is $16.50 per sf.
Spencer Partnership Architects also renewed a 11,222-sf lease at 2323 S. Shepherd, also near Westheimer and San Felipe roads and east of the Galleria. The building is a 14-story, 116,913-sf office structure that's 92.6% occupied. Space in the 18-year-old building commands from $20 per sf to $21 per sf.
Dan Boyles of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented the locally based tenant. Bob Cromwell of Houston's Moody Rambin Interests holds the leasing assignment for owner CMD Realty Investors Fund III LP.
