A spokesperson for T3 Realty tells GlobeSt.com that the firm wanted to consolidate its offices, adding that at "a couple of thousand square feet" the new location also gives the firm a little more space.

Bay Colony Corporate Center is located near Route 128, and is home to a number of the area's leading venture capital firms, which is one of the reasons the firms wanted to remain in this location. "Maintaining close proximity to our client base was of paramount importance in choosing where we establish our permanent headquarters, and Bay Colony was the best option in the end," says Roy Hirshland, president and CEO of T3 Realty.

T3 Realty was established last summer when three brokers--Roy Hirshland, Greg Hoffmeister and Mark Cote--left Meredith & Grew Inc. to start the firm in a high profile move.
