The new tenant, Barsa Technology Services, will occupy suite 401 at 12264 El Camino Rd., according to the terms of the six-year agreement. It is planning to move into the newly leased space in November of this year.
Barsa Technology Services was represented by Mike LaBelle of Irving Hughes. Michael Dyer of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International acted on behalf of the lessor, Champion of the West Tower LLC.
Three other office leases were recently signed in San Diego, as Transworld System Inc., Countywide Financial Services and Ecodom Corp. all inked agreements for space at the Rio Vista Office Building. The leases, which are worth more than $1.2 million combined, have pushed the occupancy level here to more than 91%.
