Koll says he will focus on his real estate investment anddevelopment firm, The Koll Co., and will remain involved in ARRISBuilders throughout the transition to new ownership.

Dreusike says Arris will seek new projects on its own but will alsooversee the completion of more than $50 million in current KollConstruction projects as well as the Koll Company's future projects.

The first three Arris Builders projects are the construction of theGrand Pacific Resort in Carlsbad, Calif., and two new church campuses,one in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. and a second in San Diego.

Dreusike and Lysek have worked on projects ranging from the Getty Centerin Los Angeles to San Francisco's historic PG&E high-rise buildings,Disney's California Adventure in Anaheim, Calif., UCLA's AndersonGraduate School of Management, the Beverly Connection retail center inBeverly Hills and the Newport Beach Four Seasons Hotel.

Before becoming president of Koll Construction, Dreusike was senior vicepresident and principal in charge for Bovis Lend Lease; interimpresident of Paragon Construction reporting to Jack Nicklaus of GoldenBear Golf, and chairman of Dinwiddie Construction Co., where he spent 30years. Lysek's 25 years experience includes over eight years with Bovis LendLease as more than 12 years in senior positions for Swinerton Walberg.

ARRIS will provide design-build, general contracting, constructionmanagement and project management services as well as consulting to theconstruction industry. Operating primarily in Southern California, thefirm will target work in the office, industrial/R&D, educational,religious, government, retail and hospitality markets.
