Kojaian Management Corp. leased 18,711 sf at 25300 Telegraph Rd. to American Financial/Citizens Insurance. The five-year lease is worth about $2 million.
Canada Maritime Agencies LTD is leasing 8,752 sf at One Town Square, representing a value of $1.2 million over eight years.
In a retail deal, Rapheal USA Co. signed an 11-year lease of 4,800 sf at 3747 E. 15 Mile Rd. in Sterling Heights. The deal at Hatherly Commons is worth $624,000.
Also, Hills Tech LLC found tenants for two spaces totaling 4,700 sf at Farmington Hills Tech Center.
