Creditor Resources, a supplier of credit insurance and related technology products, moves into the 11-story, 221,633-sf, Center II building, which was completed in 1986. It is adjacent to the six-story, 136,157-sf, Center I building, completed in 1984, which shares the same address. Both are class-A office properties, and the complex includes a café, health club and covered parking.

The lease takes the two-building facility above 98% occupancy. The owner is locally based Primrose Properties Associates LLC.
