LONDON- Irish Life & Permanent has put up for sale Harcourt Square in Dublin city centre for pounds 44 million ($68.2 million)
The fund is asking £44 million ($68.2 million) for the 116,813 sq ft offices, which are fully let to the Irish police force.
The offices generate £2.5 million ($3.8 million) a year in rent reflecting an initial yield of 5.2%.
