Denholtz Associates is a Rahway, NJ-based, privately held development, investment and management company. Details of the financing were not disclosed.

The portfolio being acquired by Denholtz totals 230,735 sf of industrial space, including 220 Evans Way, a 69,700-sf building in Branchburg, NJ. The other two assets are in Lehigh Valley, PA: 7036 Snowdrift Rd., a 96,235-sf building, and the 64,800-sf 969 Postal Rd. All three buildings are currently 100% leased. The seller of the three buildings was not identified.
