Chatham Executive Center was completely redeveloped six years ago and repositioned from class B to class A. The completely vacant building has since been fully leased. Existing tenants include WP Commercial, a successor company to Wellsford/Whitehall, along with Quadrant Healthcom and Medi Media USA.

"It is one of the most recognizable office buildings in the Short Hills/Chatham marketplace," according to Pinnacle CEO Brian M. Stolar. "This acquisition is consistent with our strategy of acquiring quality assets in the region."

Pinnacle, perhaps better known for its luxury homebuilding business, is also active in value-priced and seniors housing, office and retail in the New Jersey and Connecticut markets.
