The Michigan Economic Growth Authority gave the company a single-business tax credit worth $2 million over the next 10 years.

Pete Kepic Sr. of Colliers International represented Fairview-Webster Northwood in the transaction. JBD Real Estate Services represented the buyer.

A lease has been negotiated for TMD Friction for a 23,000-sf building on Crooks Road. The building will become the company's automotive technical center.

Other future developments include INA, which has announced it plans to build a new headquarters building in the new Big Beaver Technology Park, next to Altair Engineering.
