The Renaissance will integrate housing and support services for low-income families, formerly homeless families, and families who are at risk of becoming homeless, says, John Parvensky, president of the CCH.

"We see these types of affordable housing developments as a solution to homelessness in Colorado," Parvensky says.

The Renaissance includes a mixture of two-, three- and four-bedroom units.

The development will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, computer room, exercise area, as well as a daycare center to serve residents and surrounding neighborhoods.

Christopher Carvell Architects designed the development.

The design features brick exteriors to fit into the neighborhood. FCI Constructors is the general contractor.

The development secured construction financing from US Bank. Additional funding was from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, the city and county of Denver, and the Colorado Division of Housing. The development also received state and federal low-income housing tax credits.Renaissance Housing Development Corp., a subsidiary of CCH, is the developer.
