The building, which includes 8,000 sf of office space, is 100% leased to Kretek International, an importer and distributor of specialty tobacco products, which will maintain its sales staff and warehouse operations at the site.

John DeGrinis of Colliers Seeley International, who represented the seller along with Darren Cline of Colliers Seeley, tells GlobeSt.com the concrete tilt-up building is just being completed and is the third in a three-building complex. The property lies in the Moorpark industrial market. DeGrinis estimates Moorpark includes about 100 acres of industrial land, and the vacancy rate is just under 8% for the submarket, which is just across the Los Angeles County line in Ventura County.

Kretek International buyer was represented by Craig Weisman of Told Partners.
