The firm has signed a long-term contract with property owner GSL Investments. Michael J. Taetz and Cody Smoot with the Houston office of Colliers International represented the tenant. They refused to disclose lease terms. GSL was represented by in-house broker Gus Levy.

US Filter/Westates provides activated carbon systems for industrial waste water processing. Taetz says his clients chose the facility based on its central location and its fenced, concrete yard and overhead crane service.

In an unrelated leasing transaction in northwest Houston, Bison Building Materials Ltd, has subleased a 20,000-sf warehouse at 5123 Hiltonview Dr. in the Bammel Road Business park for the firm's insulation division.

John Ferruzzo and Andrew Baker with Houston's NAI Partners Commercial represented the sublessor, International Nitrogen Services. The brokers refused to disclose lease terms. The facility is owned by Austin-based CCD Bammel Rd. Ltd.
