Presort Solutions leased 49,950 sf at AMB Realty's building at 801 S. Frontenac Rd. Jennifer Rassmussen of Epic/Savage also was involved in brokering the deal.
Solar Communications leased 33,490 sf at 1152 S. Frontenac Rd., a building owned by Korex Industrial Partnership. Brendan Kelly and Hugh Williams of Cushman & Wakefield represented Solar Communications.
Video conference equipment distributor Review Video leased 29,450 sf at 575 Exchange Ct. in Aurora. Friedland and Rassmussen of Epic/Savage represented the building owner, Meridian Partners I while Bill Frain of Insignia/ESG represented Review Video.
