John Ferruzzo of the Houston office of NAI Partners represented the seller, Charleston, WV-based Precision Clean Piping Inc. The seller had owned the building since its construction in 1999 and used it for its mechanical polishing and high-purity electro polishing of stainless steel piping, tubing and fittings business. Ferruzzo could not be reached by press time for details due to international travel.
While the selling price was not disclosed, the Harris County Tax Appraisal District assesses the value of the property at $848,990. The emergency services district is funded at least in part by levies on property taxes. District No. 9 received tax levies in 1998, for example, of nearly $4 million. The Appraisal District has no records for other properties owned by District No. 9.
