Slated to encompass 75,000 sf, Ocean Ridge will consist of 25,000-sf floor plates designed to accommodate both full floor and smaller tenants. The built-out, three-story facility will feature a state-of-the-art energy system with computerized security, as well as an integrated fiber optic cable and telephone systems network. Other amenities will include shower and locker facilities, outdoor patio areas and 75 covered spaces that will be constructed under the office building. In addition, each of the facility's three floors will offer ocean views.
Ocean Ridge has been designed by architectural firm Brian Paul and Associates and will be constructed by general contractor Bearing Construction Inc. Its marketing is being handled by Ron Jacobson and John Hoffman of Colliers International.
