Aloha Fan will move in Nov. 1, vacating about 23,000 sf in the neighboring suburb of Mansfield, Pete Richardson of Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. Richardson says Aloha Fan's lease was nearing its expiration, but the push for more and newer space was linked to a handful of new products and new contracts. Aloha Fan's new address at 841 Great Southwest Parkway is part of a seven-million-sf inventory that ProLogis owns in the multi-municipality industrial district.

Richardson and Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial were the tenant's representatives while Mark Cashman and Dayton Conklin bargained ProLogis' side of the long-term lease.

In another Arlington transaction, Alamo Industries took 11,000 sf at 2001 E. Randol Mill Rd. The tenant, headquartered in El Paso, is a wholesale distributor of vehicle accessories. David D. Martin and Mark Skinner, both of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant while Dan Lawson was Proterra Properties' in-house broker for the lease negotiations.
