The properties have been sold to the Industrial Property Investment Fund, managed by Legal & General, and to Britel Trustees, which invests on behalf of the BT Pension Fund managed by Hermes.
Haslemere Chief Executive Chris Bartram said: "These disposals are a major part of the sale programme we outlined earlier inthe year.
