The new address is an 11-story, 218,507-sf, class A suburban office building owned by a limited partnership of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. and Whitehall Funds, the real estate arm of Goldman Sachs. The LP acquired the holding in 1998, according to the Harris County Appraisal District.

The building's rate is quoted at $19.50 per sf. Other tenants include Aurora Power, Robertson & Anschutz PC, Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America and Trammell Crow Residential.

David L. Carter of Houston's Yancey-Hausman represented the law firm in the lease negotiations. Brian McMackin and Rosemary Kogler, both with the Houston office of Lincoln Property Co., brokered the terms for the property owner.
